Ministry officials have begun researching the information to respond to your OIA request. Given that there is a wide cross section of the Ministry that may have had meetings with the federation on various issues.

It would be helpful, however, if you were able to more specifically identify the scope of your request, for example by asking for meetings since 1 January 2016, or on a particular issue.

Can you please advise your suggested scope refinement as soon as possible in order that we can continue considering your request.
