2. A list of all meetings attended by Shane Jones on these trips in his capacity as New Zealand High Commissioner.
3. All briefing notes, aide memoires, memos provided to Shane Jones before these meetings.
4. All meeting notes and any reports recording the discussions and outcomes of these meetings.
