Could I please have the total annual expenditure by MPI on the Overseer program development and management.
I also require the origin of the MAF QT calculations that are derived from standard units, and an explanation as to their use. (making up a new unit because the others are confusing is not an appropriate answer).

Thank you for your request regarding the Overseer program development.
Under the Official Information Act 1982, a request for official
information may be made by a person who is a New Zealand citizen, New
Zealand permanent resident, or a person who is in New Zealand (as stated
in section 12 of the OIA).
Could you please verify you are eligible to receive the information under
section 12(1) of the OIA with proof that you are:
(a) a New Zealand citizen; or
(b) a permanent resident of New Zealand; or
(c) a person who is in New Zealand; or
(d) a body corporate which is incorporated in New Zealand; or
(e) a body corporate which is incorporated outside New Zealand but which
has a place of business in New Zealand?.
Once this verification is received, your request will be considered in
accordance with the requirements of the Official Information Act 1982. As
this is a public forum, this proof of eligibility can be emailed to me.
