Pay Bands by Gender

Dear Auckland University of Technology,

I request the following information:
1. The salary range of your highest pay band, and how many men are in it;
2. The salary range of your second highest pay band, and how many men are in it;
3. The salary range of your third highest pay band, and how many men are in it;
4. How many male employees you currently have employed at your institution.

I hope you receive this well and I can get a swift turnaround of this information.

Thanks for the timely response. Does your institution not have a band of salaries that it uses for staff?

Essentially I want to see how many women are in the higher paying jobs at your institution, versus how many men are.

Morning

The salary bands we use are for more junior levels in the organisation. Senior staff are all on individual employment contracts and there is no banding per se.
We do have some information about women in senior positions at AUT - I will track that down for you.
