I wish to request the following information under the Official Information Act.
I write in regards to s241 of the Land Transport Act 1998.
- How many people have notified the Registrar under clause 7 of s241 of the Land Transport Act that their information is not to be released to any person or class of person?
- How does the Ministry advise drivers of their right to have their information withheld?
- How does a person notify the Registrar to withhold their information?
