Dear New Zealand Police,

Please provide the following:

1/ with reference to the above, are the Accident Compensation Corporation exempt from the crimes act

2/ are the Accident Compensation Corporations third party Medical Professionals whilst acting for the Corp, exempt from the crimes act.

3/ where there is a belief of having clear evidence of a breach under the Crimes act either by the ACC or their third party Medical Proffesionals, what is the process required by a layman to lodge complaint alledging breach
