Dear Ministry of Justice,
According to a recent article in Stuff ("Official Information Act request charges for media in spotlight ", January 13, 2016), the Ministry of Justice is planning a review of the Official Information Act charging regime. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* All advice and communications on this review. I understand that its at the very early stages, so the information will likely relate to planning rather than the review itself.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
