1. Please provide the total number of rating units in the Whangārei District, broken down by the rating categories used in the Rating Information Database (e.g., Residential, Rural, Commercial/Industrial, Multi‑unit, Miscellaneous).

2. Please provide the total number of SUIPs (Separately Used or Inhabited Parts) in the Whangārei District, broken down by the same rating categories.

3. In addition to the above, please optionally provide a simple “rural vs urban” grouping of both rating units and SUIPs.

For this purpose, “urban” may include Residential, Multi‑unit, Commercial/Industrial, and Miscellaneous categories, and “rural” may include Rural and Rural Residential categories (or whichever grouping WDC considers appropriate).

4. Please state the date on which the data was extracted.

5. Please provide the method used to produce the counts (e.g., SQL query or internal reporting tool), including the category definitions applied.
