Dear Department of Corrections,
I would like an explanation as to why the 'Severance Clause' contained in the 2019-2021 Collective Employment Agreement, (and prior Collective Employment Agreements) was omitted from the 2021-2023 Collective Employment Agreement?
For your convenience I have provided a link to the 2019-2021 Collective Employment Agreement containing its 'Severance Clause', mentioned on page 23 of the Agreement and later tabled on page 41 of the Agreement.
