Dear Mr Jordan
ACC responded to your request dated 10 December 2015 about
embalming/funeral services on 13 January 2016. It has come to our
attention that our response contained an incorrect figure for a funeral
grant. That figure should have been $6021.11.
Our amended response is now attached. Please accept our apologies for this
error.
