Dear University of Auckland,
A communication dated 14 April 2026 from UoA says:
"As a student in NZ, you may be at increased risk of some infections, including measles, influenzas, Covid-19 and meningococcal disease. "
The communication has a link which says
"Catch-up immunisations can be arranged at ...student health service for students who have missed some immunisations or have not previously been immunised. Some vaccines may be provided free (funded)."

1. Has the university had reported cases of these diseases in 2025 and 2026?
2. If so, would you please share the notices from the public health officer that correspond to each disease event?
3. Please share any reports to Worksafe under s199 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 for occupational disease reporting for these diseases at any workplace at the University of Auckland.
4. What is the funding arrangement between the DHBs, Health NZ and/or the Ministry of Health for free(funded) vaccinations at Student Health for free(funded) vaccinations? I understand the Immunisation Advisory Service comes under Health New Zealand.
