I note the monthly notifiable disease surveillance report used to have ethnicity and immunization status. For example for measles:

Would you kindly share the ethnicity and immunisation status information on the monthly notifiable disease surveillance report?
If they are no longer published, would you please share the minutes, memos correspondence, emails etc regarding the decision to remove this information.

Can you please advise if this is for both measles and pertussis? And if

I disagree with your response "The monthly notifiable disease surveillance reports have never included ethnicity and immunisation data."
The example of weekly report I shared with you in my request (https://web.archive.org/web/201305041156...) does indeed contain ethnicity and immunization data.
Kindly supply the requested information under the Act.
