Thank you for your request of 27 November 2015 under the Official
Information Act 1982 for “all content submitted to internal conferences /
workshops / strategic briefings in the whole period to date in 2015”.  The
subject line of your message reads “all presentations to internal meetings
in 2015 to discuss strategy”. We have tried to interpret your request in
light of both statements.

 

Your request is very wide-ranging and it is unclear if you are seeking
information regarding our overall organisational strategy as specified and
reported on through our published Statement of Intent, or whether there is
a particular topic or aspect of our strategy that you are interested in. 
We are a strategy-led organisation so “strategy” is frequently referred to
in a range of contexts and at different levels within the organisation.
Therefore, as your request stands, it will take substantial collation and
research to provide you with a response, and we ask that you provide us
with some detail as to the specific project or theme that you are
interested in so that the request can be refined to a more limited scope,
complying with the requirement in section 12(2) of the Official
Information Act to specify the information requested with “due
particularity”.
