Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

 

This request is made under the Official Information Act 1982.

 

I request the following information relating to COVID-19 vaccination
policies between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022:

 

All Cabinet papers and Cabinet committee papers relating to:

• COVID-19 vaccination policy

• vaccination policy for individuals aged 12–17 • COVID-19 vaccine
mandates.

 

A list of all Cabinet minutes and Cabinet committee minutes recording
decisions on the above matters.

 

For each document please provide:

• the document title

• the date it was considered by Cabinet or a Cabinet committee • the
originating agency.

 

Please also provide copies of the Cabinet minutes themselves.

 

If any material is withheld, please release any reasonably severable
information and specify the grounds relied upon under the Official
Information Act.
