Please provide me with video coverage Midnight 18th Dec to early morning 19th Dec covering the first carpark on left in Oxford Tce.
A Red Mustang car. I need to see if the lights were on . Incident was approx 00:16 19th Dec There is a camera situated outside the Courthouse on Lichfield st That would have videoed the incident. I am happy to pay for this service. [email address]

Thank you for your request for information. We are handling your request
under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA).

Can you please confirm the exact location that you are requesting footage
from? We note that you mention a carpark on Oxford Terrace and the
Courthouse on Lichfield Street. Would this be the carpark attached to St
Michael’s Church School or Riverside Carpark? If you would provide a map
or location coordinates this would be very helpful.
Please note cameras in or part of the Justice Precinct will not belong to
Christchurch City Council. We also do not host cameras in private
carparks.
Our retention policy for camera footage is 4-6 weeks. We note that the
date you have requested is outside of this retention policy. However, we
will require confirmation of location to confirm.
Once we receive the above refinement, we will provide a response or update
within 20 working days of the date we received your request. If we are
unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
extension of that timeframe. Please note that CCTV requests are usually
processed within 48 hours.
