Wage's Protection Act 1983

Lance D. Lavery made this Official Information request to Inland Revenue Department

The request was successful.

From: Lance D. Lavery

Dear Inland Revenue Department,

Under the legislated rule of society which is given the force of Law and is commonly referred to as the "Official Information Act 1982". I, require the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) to provide the following...

1.) The legal definition of the word "income".

2.) The legal definition of the word "wages".

3.) According to the legislated rule of society which is given the force of Law and is commonly referred to as the "Wages Protection Act 1983" the word "money" is defined accordingly...

money, in relation to any wages, means any New Zealand coin or New Zealand banknotes, or combination of both, the tender of which in respect of the payment of those wages is legal tender.

Presuming this is correct would "electronic bank credit" fall outside of the definition of "money" mentioned above?

I look forward to the Inland Revenue Department providing me with their
prompt and legally required response.

Yours faithfully,

Lance-Desmond: Lavery

Dear Commissioners Correspondence,

In response to your correspondence dated the 19th day of November, 2015. I would like to make a point of correction.

Mr Lavery is not my correct title. I do not stand under Admiralty jurisdiction and hereby rebut the presumption directed at me.

My correct title in written form is Lance-Desmond: Lavery.

I hope this is clear enough and you understand my position in regards to this minor issue.

Yours sincerely,

Lance-Desmond: Lavery
