Dear Inland Revenue Department,

I would be grateful if you would provide me with information on prosecuted tax cases for the 2012, 2013 and 2014 years. Specifically, I would like information (for each case) on:
The offence (e.g. the legislative reference)
The number of charges (where known)
The quantum of the offending
The sentence

Please do let me know if you would like further clarification on this request.
