Dear Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children,
I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act regarding children and young people in the care of Oranga Tamariki:
- The total number of children/young people currently in the care or custody of Oranga Tamariki who are identified as having a disability.
- A breakdown of these numbers by disability type (e.g., physical, intellectual, sensory, neurodiverse), if available.
