As the Ministry charged with responsibility of the Telecommunications Act per http://www.mbie.govt.nz/info-services/se... I would like to request under the Official Information Act the following:

1. The total amount collected under Section 89 of the Telecommunications Act, (The Telecommunications Development Levy)
2. Details on how the funds collected have been distributed under Section 90, including the total amount that is currently unspent.
