Dear Environmental Protection Authority,
We would like to know what the chemical usage is in New Zealand yearly . And total usage of glyphosate in nz. We are aware that the EPA have done a safety assessment on chemical usage in New Zealand , we would like a copy of the chemical usage in newzealand, the most latest safety assessment on chemical usage in nz, and a breakdown of how you come to your conclusion. We would like to know the yearly amount of glyphosate used in nz and the cost of such usage.
We would like to know what role you play in the chemical usage in New Zealand . And how you regulate that council are abiding by the rules.
Do citizens have to get permission / spray plan from the EPA to aerial spray agrochemicals in significant ecological environments?

Dear Ministerials,
Kia ora thankyou for your reply , I noted that you stated
Substances can only be sprayed aerially if the approval for that substance allows for aerial
application. There will typically be controls on this use specifically to minimise spray drift away
from the application area and buffer zones for sensitive areas
Can you please tell me if polaris 450 has approval for aerial spraying over/in and on waterways in a a significant ecological area , a biodiversity focus area , with nationally critically endangered species flora and fauna in a wetland in a coastal zoning with epa
And if the surfactant Aquakynde has the approval to be aerial sprayed over /in and on waterways in a significant ecological area , a biodiversity focus area , with nationally critically endangered species flora and fauna in a wetland in a coastal zoning with epa
I would also like to know the responsibility for aerial spraying agrochemicals during nesting season , as was done in jan 25 causing major non target damage .
