Please provide the full data schema for the Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool (SMART). This includes but is not limited to:

A detailed description of all data fields collected or stored within the SMART system.

The data types (e.g. text, numeric, date, boolean) associated with each field.

Any metadata fields, such as timestamps, user identifiers, school identifiers, or geographic tags.

Any fields related to student performance, demographics, learning support needs, wellbeing, or other personal characteristics.

Data fields that relate to assessment results, learning progression, teacher judgments, or predictive analytics.

All relational structures or links between tables/entities if a relational database is used.

Definitions or descriptions for any standardised codes, drop-down values, or categorisations used (e.g. ethnic groups, learning needs, progress indicators).

A list of fields that are mandatory versus optional during data collection.

Any validation rules, constraints, or default values applied to the data fields.

Information about how student data is anonymised or pseudonymised, if applicable.

If a data dictionary or technical documentation exists that outlines this schema, please provide it in full.
