In reference to this, we have broken your request into 2 parts, noted as
per the below:

 

 1. “Please provide copies of all complaints received by Greater
Wellington Regional Council about 1044 Coast Road, Wainuiomata that
have not already been provided to this FYI account.

 

 2. Please provide all communications to and from the council, including,
but limited to, complaints about compliance with the Resource
Management Act 1991 and the Greater Wellington Regional Council
Natural Resource Plan.”

 

Please note that GWRC’s understanding of part 1 of your request is made
clear.

 

However, we just want to clarify what you mean by part 2, are you simply
requiring communications in regard to complaints that you have not
received information about. Or is your request broader than this? If it is
broader you will need to make this clearer to us as to what information
you actually require.

 

If we don’t hear back, by 21 January 2026 we will proceed on the above
basis that you are just wanting copies of complaints and associated
communications that you have not already received in relevance to
activities at 1044 Coast Road.
