Under the OIA please provide the following.
Are you aware of numerous and detailed allegations of bullying and mistreatment of staff by the CEO at the Manakau Urban Māori Authority?
Are you are aware of the allegations put to the CEO of MUMA by Tova O’Brien?
When were you first notified of the allegations regarding MUMA, and by whom? Please provide those communications.
Have you been made aware under the “no surprises” rule of the alleged involvement of Labour MP Willie Jackson? If so, when and by whom?
Are you aware that union representatives have been trespassed from MUMA by Willie Jackson? If so, when you were made aware and by whom? Please provide those communications.
Please provide all other communications if any, including but not limited to emails, texts and phone calls relating to the allegations of bullying and the alleged involvement of Willie Jackson.
Please provide all details of any action taken by you to ensure no contracts at MSD are going to providers where bullying is alleged to be occurring.
