Admission of pending spree killers who committed war crimes against their own people to New Zealand

Mohammed Khan made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Mohammed Khan to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Mohammed Khan

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

As you are no doubt aware, a former American collaborator in the murderous 'zero units' who fought against the Afghan people committed a spree murder in Washington D.C. on 2025-11-26. This raises the question of the risk to New Zealand posed by the importation of these notorious war criminals, many of them traumatized by their service as child soldiers against their own people, to this country.

1) Have former militants of the "National Directorate of Security" been allowed to immigrate to New Zealand?
2) Have former militants of the "Afghan National Army Commando Corps" been allowed to immigrate to New Zealand?

Yours faithfully,
Mohammed Khan
