Earlier this month, the government announced regulatory changes that will
restrict prescriptions of puberty blockers to trans children. This
announcement was accompanied by updated regulation published on

This regulation contains a "Regulatory Impact Statement" section at the
end, where it states:

2025 to help inform the decisions taken by the Government relating to the

However, neither of the linked pages contain this regulatory impact
statement.

Please provide me with a copy of the regulatory impact statement document
producted by the Ministry of Health for the Medicines (Restriction on
Prescribing Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Analogues) Amendment
Regulations 2025.

Please provide this document in an accessible, searchable format without a
watermark.
