Dear Crown Law Office,
This request refers to ‘Attorney General Speech Instructions (for Lawyers in Government Conference) and Preliminary Ideas’. This was for the keynote speech the A-G made on 12 Mar 2021.
1) Please can you provide the full ‘speech instructions and preliminary ideas’ document.
2) Paragraph 18 of the instructions notes:
“18. Analysis of fresh data from three trials found that the first shot conferred on average 76% protection against symptomatic infections from three weeks until 90 days, and reduced transmission of the disease by 67%.”
Please provide the details/references of the three trials referred to.

A Goodwin left an annotation ()
Part of the request was for the three trials mentioned in the speech notes for a Mar 2021 speech that the A-G gave to Lawyers in Government conference. The trials purportedly showed Pfizer vax reduced transmission which was the basis of mandating the vaccine. However, the response only provided one preprint article referring to the Astra Zeneca vaccine that did not demonstrate anything to do with reduction of transmission apart from wishful thinking.
