Could I please request copies of all compliance certificates issued by the compliance certifier and all associated documents that make up a Fireworks Permit, fire, NOTAM, etc... issued for pyrotechnic displays held in the Hawkes Bay and Gisborne between the 1st of October 2025 and the 18th of November 2025
