Dear Porirua City Council,
Following on from the recent AECOM report into the Spicer Landfill, I understand that Porirua City Council has commissioned its own independent report. I also understand that Porirua City Council either already has that report or expects to receive it very soon.
As this report is not part of the existing case before the Environment Court I request that a copy of it be made available to me via this FYI site as soon as it is received by Porirua City Council.
