Information Requested
Please provide the following information:
1. All documents, test reports, technical assessments, and correspondence that formed the basis for WorkSafe's decision to approve this type of vapouriser (VAP2303) under Regulation 17.53 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017
2. Specific documentation demonstrating that the vapouriser's electrical design and Explosion protection features were assessed against the requirements of AS/NZS 60079.14 (Explosive atmospheres – Part 14: Design selection, erection and initial inspection).
3. Any records showing how WorkSafe considered this assessment (in relation to AS/NZS 60079.14) as part of its evaluation under Regulation 17.53(3)(a) ("the design of the vapouriser") and 17.53(3)(b) ("the hazards associated with the substance").
