Dear Auckland Council,

Watercare owns 12, 14, 18, and 20 Manuka Rd (down a private ROW) but we don't own 16 Manuka Rd, and we get emails from that owner saying they've made 'complaints' regarding noise from our tenants at 14 Manuka Rd.

That owner can't supply any evidence of such complaints having been made (or investigated) which we need in order to serve any Breach Notice on our tenant for disturbing the Neighbourhood.

We therefore request Auckland Council records for any noise complaints made for 14 Manuka Rd in the last 12 months. The complaints don't have to have specifically come from #16, but any complaints lodged would be helpful.

The two addresses were mixed up... It is 14 Manuka that is privately owned, and our tenant the noise complaints have been made about is at 16 Manuka Rd. So it is a request for any noise complaints made about 16 Manuka Rd I am seeking records of (not noise complaints about 14 Manuka Rd)
