From: Erika Whittome
Dear WorkSafe New Zealand,
I request information on exposure limits in the workplace for radio frequencies. This would be for various radio frequencies 600MhZ and up.
Would you please share the information you have as the workplace regulator under s191 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015? For example the watts per square meter exposure limit? or SAR limit?
I requested this info via email to [email address] on 25 August 2025 and have had no response, hence this OIA request
Yours faithfully,
Erika Whittome
