Hi there

FMA launched its "regulatory sandbox" pilot in Dec 2024, closed applications in Feb 2025, selected participants in Apr 2025 but nothing seems to have happened since. I assume you're busy working with the six fintech firms.

There's been a fair bit of publicity and interest in the Sandbox but there's very little public information about what's been happening behind the scenes.

I'm interested in all of the early stage documentation about the Sandbox between the December 2024 announcement and the participant selection in April 2025.

By this, I mean things like the internal scope and design documents about the pilot, assessment documents and criteria used to assess firms, process documentation, notes and assessments about the firms and FMA's assessment of letting firms enter (or not) the sandbox.

If it's easiest, you're welcome to put together a list of documents and I can clarify the scope.
