provider operating in the Northland cluster (Whangarei, Dargaville,
Kaikohe, Kaitaia), across the following periods:

 

1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020

1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021

1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022

1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023
