I refer to your two request with the following Council reference number’s
OIA251789 and OIA251790 asking for information about Code of Conduct
Complaints. 

 

Under reference number OIA251789 you have communicated the following:

o I note that one of the upheld Code of Conduct complaints resulted in
an apology with details given

o Can you please advise any remedies for the other upheld
complaints
o If there was an apology, please advise the date the apology was
made
o Please see the level of detail provided by NRC for the same
request (link provided to view the document)
o Please provide an equivalent level of detail of the nature of the
complaints and if not possible please provide a reason

 

Under reference number OIA251790 you have communicated the following:

o Can you please provide the same information for the previous 3-year
term and advise if any OIAs have been logged / progressed since the
last OIA - given that some were unresolved.
