Thank you for your response to my OIA - can you please provide the same
information for the previous 3 year term and also advise if any OIAs have
been logged / progressed since the last OIA - given that some were
unresolved.

For completeness, I note that your previous LGOIMA request (which has
previously been responded to), requested the following information:

 

Can you please advise of ALL code of conduct complaints raised against
sitting councillors and/or the Chairs and the outcome of such complaints
between 2022 and the present. In doing so, can you provide details of the
nature of the complaint and the outcome. If the details are 'in
confidence', then please confirm the existence of such a complaint and
whether it was upheld.

 

The following code of conduct complaint was received during the three year
period of October 1999 to October 2022:
