Dear Auckland Council,

I understand that Fale Andrew Lesā was previously appointed to the Rainbow
Communities Advisory Panel. Under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA), I would like to request all
documents relating to his appointment to the Panel.

In particular, I am seeking copies of:

His application form (with any necessary redactions of personal
information)

Any statements he provided regarding his qualifications and work
experience

Any correspondence or internal documents used in the decision-making
process regarding his appointment

Given recent news, I am specifically seeking to understand whether any
false or misleading information may have been provided during his
application process.
