A copy of the complaint made by the Labour party referred to Police by the Electoral Commission about a potential breach of Electoral law, relating to text messages urging recipients to vote for Te Pati Māori, which did not carry an authorisation statement.

The date this complaint was received by Police.

The date the investigation into the complaint was started.

The date the investigation was completed, if completed and the outcome.

A copy of any warning issued, if any.
