I understand that one set of Winston Peters' foreign masters have kidnapped a New Zealand citizen, Sarah Shaw, and her six year old son, on 24 July, and are holding her in an ICE gulag in Texas.

What was the earliest point at which MFAT officials were advised by the US government that Shaw had been detained, and what form did this take (email/phone call etc)?
