Can I please request to view the judgement of this case, also to ensure appropriate improvements have been made following the recent disciplinary findings, could you please provide the updated policies and procedures relating to health information access, including audit logs, staff training records, privacy breach protocols, and evidence of recent policy reviews and governance oversight?
