I refer to your response below.

Regarding your question relating to the costs for the websites, this information publicly via the Select Committee process. We refer you to page 23 of the following link: https://www.parliament.nz/resource/en-NZ...

You will note here that Manatū Taonga takes an integrated approach to operating its websites and shares content creation, development, and hosting costs across all sites. This means that providing details on specific sites is challenging and unlikely to be extractable in the format you have requested. If this publicly available information does not answer your question, are you able to provide more clarification on this point?

On the second part of your request, as your request is currently worded, this would include items such as advice on the drafting of WPQ's (of which the final answer is published online). This would take some time and resource to pull together. Based on guidance from the Office of the Ombudsman it is also likely that much of this material would be withheld.

With this in mind, could your request be refined to the following

All formal advice (Briefings, Aides Memoire and A3's) in relation to the disestablishment of historian roles and the future of the Te Ara resource at MCH.

We look forward to hearing from you
