Dear New Zealand Royal Commission Covid 19 Lessons Learned,

With regard to the opening statement by KC Nicolette Levy made on Thursday 10 July 2025, prior to videos of the three people who made submissions about vaccine use or adverse effects to the inquiry, please provide:

-draft versions of this opening statement
-any communications referencing authorship or contributions
-the research that formed the basis for the following statement and the source from which it was directly obtained by the Commission.

'There is research showing that most. Myocarditis, um, with or without Covid, appears in younger men and that it is up to 15 times more likely. In young men with Covid than without Covid.'

As the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) does not apply to a
statutory inquiry while it is operating, I wish to advise that you cannot
request this information under the Act about the Royal Commission of
Inquiry into Covid-19 Lessons.
