Please can I request all correspondence, survey data from the requested feedback regarding the service in 2025, meeting minutes, cost-benefit analyses, business cases, directives from Health NZ, and any correspondence or documentation involved in the decision around ending the Christchurch Hospital Viva Team service on 31/07/2025.
