I would appreciate an urgent response to the following questions;
1. What is the legal definition of an "independent Crown owned company"? Is this a private or a statutory entity, and, which of the aforementioned applies to Fairway Resolution Limited which advertises itself to be an "independent Crown owned company"?
2. Are Fairway Resolution Limited review officers a “tribunal” carrying out judicial functions, and if so how is Fairway Resolution Limited recognised in law as a “tribunal?”
3. Acting under a privately constituted or statutory constituted entity authority, what power does Fairway Resolution Limited have to receive and adjudicate upon evidence, and to give a decision determining the rights of parties?
4. Is Fairway Resolution Limited exempted from the provisions of the Privacy Act on the basis of Section 2(1)(b)(viii) of the Privacy Act?
