Dear Ministerial Services,
Kia ora,
Please address the following:
Your response to question 2, only covers the commercial position of the supplier. You haven't attempted to provided an answer to the 2nd part of the question. What budget the costs came from?
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
James

Kia ora James,
Apologies for missing the second part of question 2 of your request.
Please find the complete response to question 2:
2. Cost of each subsequent vehicle (after 2018 which cost $10,000 and came
from the recruitment budget) having the rainbow colours applied and what
budget the costs came from?
This information is withheld under section 9(2)(b)(ii) of the OIA, as
withholding of this information is necessary to protect information where
the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to
prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the
subject of the information.
We can however confirm 4 additional requests from district were made after
the first vehicle in 2018 with requests coming from District budgets.
Please note that the final statement in the answer around costs and
communications around livery does also mention that purchase order costs
came from the district budgets.
