I am trying to understand the reason to allow for a special adviser to the Invest New Zealand Board. I would like any information (official advice / communications with officials or ministers offices / cabinet papers) you have about the decisions to create section 13 and section 14 of the Invest New Zealand Act.

If we are unable to respond to your request within the appropriate timeframe, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If your OIA request requires full or part transfer, we will contact you within the required timeframe.
