I am seeking clarification on part of your request for information from the Treasury.
In regards to this question: How many ex-gratia payments have been made to staff in the last 12 months? This should include ELT and their respective business units.
Can you please clarify what specific information you are wanting? Ex-gratia payments is broad in scope and is likely to be refused under section 18(f) of the Official Information Act.
Please note that once you have amended or clarified your request, under section 15(1AA) of the Official Information Act, we may treat your amended or clarified request as a new request that replaces the original request. This may lead to a new start of the statutory response period.
