1. The total number of T-cell lymphoma cases registered per year in New
Zealand from 2000 to 2025 (inclusive).

2. A breakdown of the type of T-cell lymphoma reported for each of those
years, according to the WHO classification system in use at the time of
registration. Please also indicate whether each type was classified as
indolent or not.

3. The total number of recorded deaths of registered T-cell lymphoma
patients for each year from 2000 to 2025, broken down by type of T-cell
lymphoma in line with the WHO classifications at the time.
