Dear Ministry of Defence,
I am requesting information about a potential airframe that was donated to The Air Training Corps, The airframe in question is a ex- Nigerian Airforce Scottish Aviation Bulldog, and would have come from Milson Aerospace in Palmerston North.
Can you confirm if any ATC or cadet force received a donation of a bulldog airframe, or if across the cadet forces, there is any history of a bulldog airframe being passed on, sold or scrapped.
Yours faithfully,
Anonymous

Good morning Anonymous,
The Ministry of Defence consulted with the New Zealand Defence Force
(NZDF) on receipt of your request to determine whether or not your request
should be transferred in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982
(OIA). A search of NZDF records produced no relevant information. Contact
was also made with past and present Air Training Corp Association
leadership who confirmed there were no records of any such airframes being
received.
As a result, you request is declined in accordance with section 18(e) of
the OIA as the requested information does not exist, or despite reasonable
efforts could not be found.
You have the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to ask an Ombudsman to
review this response to your request. Information about how to make a
complaint is available at [3]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800
802 602.
