Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

Pursuant to the Official Information Act I request the following information.
The project plan, Terms of Reference and any other project initiation documents for Fire and Emergency's strategic alignment project.

The cost to date of Fire and Emergency's strategic alignment project and any future budget or forecast for the project.
Please provide this broken down by deliverable and provider.

Details of external providers contributing to the project and their roles.

All correspondence between your Chief Executive and any external providers regarding the strategic alignment project including just ad lime
