Dear Ministry of Health,
I understand that one of the gazetted requirements for the Pfizer COvid-19 medicine's provisional approval here https://gazette.govt.nz/notice/id/2021-g... was to review safety reports. This notice was from Chris James 3rd day of February 2021, Group Manager, Medsafe, Ministry of Health . Safety reports are specified in conditions 56 and 57 of the gazette notice.
I refer you to a particular safety Pfizer report page 3 which is published here on https://www.ronjohnson.senate.gov/servic... which is for the reporting period 1-29 April 2021 Pfizer-BioTech COVID-19 Vaccine safety report on Myocarditis and Pericarditis. This is SMSR 5, or summary monthly safety report #5, PF-07302048 (BNT162b2)
Would you please share all the meeting minutes, memos, correspondence, and promulgation of this report at Medsafe, DHBs and the Ministry of Health ie "Pfizer-BioTech COVID-19 Vaccine safety report on Myocarditis and Pericarditis" for 1-29 Apr 2021 SMSR 5?
